Throw Back Tuesday!

Find a niche and fill it:

You may have the desire to provide as much as you can to as many people as you can. But with that kind of thinking, you’re just setting yourself up for failure. It’s impossible to be everything to everyone. You can try, but you will fail 100% of the time.
Everyone isn’t your target market (or they shouldn’t be), so why should you try and be everything to everyone?
Put yourself in the shoes of a potential customer. If you needed a lawyer to handle your personal injury case, would you choose a personal injury lawyer who specializes in these types of cases or would you go with a lawyer who handles these cases among their many others? You’d go with the first. Why? Because they have a set focus and niche and only spend their time within that area of focus, meaning they’re highly skilled and knowledgeable in that area. This is exactly what you need to be doing if you want to be considered a thought leader in your industry.
When you try to be everything to everyone, you face several challenges and dangers. Here’s the hazardous road you’ll drive down if you choose this method of thinking:
  • Your brand message becomes lost because you’re straying from it.
  • Lose value to your brand.
  • Slows down your business growth.
  • Takes away the time you could be spending providing better, more meaningful efforts.
  • The more you try and do, the less consistent you are with your work so you deliver mediocre instead of great work.
  • Gives off a sense of desperation.
  • Get easily burnt out.
Basically, trying to be everything to everyone means you’ll be nothing to no one.
The only way to be a thought leader in your industry is to focus and go narrow and deep into a niche. You earn more from this method of thinking, and can offer more to your target audience. It’s much easier and more profitable to connect with a smaller, more focused niche in a bigger way than it is to try and connect with a large, broad audience in a big way. Your mind and efforts aren’t being pulled in every direction, so you have the time and capability to offer a higher value to your audience. When you focus and go more narrow and deep, you offer the less-is-more method, which works greatly for you and is appreciated by your customers.
Your brand is stronger and your business grows faster when you’re focused. When you offer concentrated services to a target audience, 3 things happen: it’s easier to find your customers, it’s easier to convince potential customers to become loyal customers and your expertise in your industry grows, which in turn attracts more customers your way.
It’s human nature to not want to limit yourself and your abilities or turn away someone who could be a potential customer. But you will actually find more customers and more easily find them and turn them into loyal customers when you focus and go narrow and deep into a niche. You become indispensible, needed and highly sought after for your skills in your niche area. You turn yourself into the go-to thought leader in your industry, and that’s exactly what your goal should be.

Decide on a DW 'niche' and see if that path doesn't help your merchant-gathering efforts gain serious traction!

All the DW you need to know on 1 page

Digital World Team Building and Processing Steps on 1 Page

1.  Have every New Agent watch the Agent Welcome video which shows the first time a New Agent logs into their interface.  (This triggers the $100 to sponsoring Agent!)

To watch later, or to review, simply go to Videos>Training>How to use the agent interface, and watch the Agent Interface video (which is the Agent Welcome video).

2.  To share the awesome DW career path with potential agents, send your landing page link to them.

To get your link, log in to your interface, click on More, click on Links, and the first link is your landing page video.  Copy and paste it in social media, emails, advertising, linkedin, etc.  It is a SUPERB VIDEO and connects whoever clicks on it for more info back to you as a lead in your interface Lead Section, or to your dwpsignup.com page if they are  ready to become an Agent!

For example, here's my link:  www.dwagent.com/lp1/?pin=lammons

Attracting Agents to this great business is just that simple.  Now for the business consulting part, see below.

1.  Familiarize yourself with  http://www.digitalworldmerchant.com
because it is a great website to explain the power of what DW experts do on behalf of our merchants.  You can also refer a merchant to this website.

2.  We use Discovery Forms to submit an interested merchant to DW to get a proposal as to what we can save or recover for them.

Go to interface, click on Discovery for the online or paper form.  Always be sure that your Agent ID# is on everything you submit -- if through your interface, the connection is automatic.  If using paper, be sure to put your # at top of each form.

3.  Prepare your marketing tools (flyers, biz cards, display book or whatever you are comfy with) and hit the streets!

There is a world of information, great videos, and tools in your interface, but if you simply master the steps above you will be on your way to Digital World merchant consulting success!  Always feel free to call or email Barb @ 559.824.0668 or barblammons@gmail.com  for help, as well as your upline Agents and DW HQ.

Credit Card Processing Residual X Network marketing = Power Squared

Greetings, Agents of the Digital World!

This is a great weekend to be dropping some cards, flyers, emails or hints to those great merchants that you patronize on a regular basis.  They are important in your shopping life for whatever reason (you are choosing them, after all, whether for their coffee, cupcakes, styles or service) and if you can improve their bottom line maybe they can prosper and continue to bless your community!

Here is some information re. our two main processing partners  that serve your merchants as part of your Digital World team:

These guys are not snowflakes:  you can see they are HEAVYWEIGHTS!

And how many merchants can you help through your DW business?

Here are but a few:

1. Service Business

A service type of business provides intangible products (products with no physical form). Service type firms offer professional skills, expertise, advice, and other similar products.
Examples of service businesses are: schools, repair shops, hair salons, plumbers, carpenters, banks, accounting firms, law firms, etc.

2. Merchandising Business

This type of business buys products at wholesale price and sells the same at retail price. They are known as "buy and sell" businesses. They make profit by selling the products at prices higher than their purchase costs.
A merchandising business sells a product without changing its form. Examples are: grocery stores, convenience stores, boutiques, bookstores, automobile dealers, distributors, and other resellers.

3. Manufacturing Business

Unlike a merchandising business, a manufacturing business buys products with the intention of using them as materials in making a new product. Thus, there is a transformation of the products purchased.
A manufacturing business combines raw materials, labor, and factory overhead in its production process. The manufactured goods will then be sold to customers.

Hybrid Businesses

Hybrid businesses are companies that may be classified in more than one type of business. A restaurant, for example, combines ingredients in making a fine meal (manufacturing), sells a cold bottle of wine (merchandising), and fills customer orders (service).
Nonetheless, these companies may be classified according to their major business interest. In that case, restaurants are more of the service type – they provide dining services.

Question:  what type of merchant can you NOT help?  Answer:  very few!

From the Inbox:

"DW is just like fishin'.   Just keep throwing line out there.

I talked with President of a company last week that just started taking credit cards and first week they did $396,000 in processing.

Just off phone with him few minutes ago and they just finished SECOND week and did over $800,000 in processing and he wants to give us some of his biz.

Gonna be some excited Agents when this happens.

THE POWER OF CARD RESIDUALS MEETS THE POWER OF NETWORK MARKETING!

Many entrepreneurs are attracted to a Network Marketing opportunity because you can grow a network of sales people underneath you. You then make something on every sale the person under you makes and every sale the person under them makes and so forth. This powerful model has enabled entrepreneurs to become millionaires on their terms for decades. They choose their schedule, they choose how aggressive they want to be. A recent report of the top 100 Network Marketers

performers across different companies showed they earned between $130,000 - $1,560,000 per month.

The power of credit card residuals meet the power of Network Marketing! The above monthly income numbers may seem to be unrealistic yet in reality they
are fact for top performers in each industry. However, the examples are meant to show the earning potential that credit card residuals and Network Marketing have
separately. Imagine if you multiplied the earning potential of the two opportunities into one.  Digital World for the first time in history is doing just that!

Credit Card Processing Residual X Network marketing = Power  Squared

I have heard of Network Marketing opportunities in the past and only the people at the top make real money. Why is Digital World  different?

Ground level - Digital Worldhas been offering competitive credit processing services since 2000. However, the new marketing model was just launched in 2014. So you get a  unique opportunity to get in on the ground level of this powerful business model.

Need vs. Luxury - We are selling a service that every business needs -- credit card processing. Most Networking opportunities are selling a 'luxury product'  that is not needed.

Service vs. Product - Unlike other Network programs which make you purchase product inventory upfront, there is no purchase necessary from DW..... you are offering a service and
have only a $195.00 one time fee for your training  and ongoing support.

One-time Commission vs. Residual – Other Networking programs only pay you when someone in your network makes a sale. So if people underneath you stop selling you stop making anything. Credit Card residuals change the game. Now, even if someone under you only makes one sale, that sale provides residual income to you for as long as the merchant stays with us. So imagine an army of Agents
building residual income for you every day!

What do I have to do to get started? This is a 100% commission based opportunity to pursue at your own pace. As an Agent you would be
responsible for showing the benefits of our credit card processing to merchants and turning people like yourself on to the opportunity. We provide training and
support to help you get started. Digital World requires only a ONETIME $195.00 fee for your training and support to get started.

Digital World is adding new Agents daily who are getting in on the ground level of this rare opportunity. Feel free to call us for more information.

 ***********
AGENTS:  feel free to cut-and-paste the above doc  and personalize to share with others!

Michael Nardy

Founder & CEO
Michael Nardy, Founder and CEO of Electronic Payments, was exposed to entrepreneurship at a very young age and always had a passion for business.
In 2000, during his vocation as an undergraduate student at Boston College, Mr. Nardy founded Electronic Payments. When not immersed in studies, he focused on selling auction software to global organizations during the height of the Internet and dot-com explosion. He was the only employee and managed the business from his college dorm room; he even missed several classes to assist consumers and international clients.
Mr. Nardy quickly noticed the high demand for payment and transaction processing services. After graduating from Boston College with a dual degree in English and History, he elected to continue his business and raise the bar in the transaction and merchant services marketplace. He moved the company to his home town in Long Island, New York and, within three years, Mr. Nardy hired over twenty staff and developed a network of 400 sales agents and 10,000 merchants across the country.
Today, Mr. Nardy continues to elevate Electronic Payments' products, services and reputation as one of the most respectable acquirers and transaction processing companies in the nation. Since the company's incorporation, he has realized four office expansions, established an unparalleled staff of over 70 in-house employees, a network of 800 agents nationwide, and a portfolio of propriety, innovative products and services. With  a consistent rapid growth rate, Electronic Payments has received numerous industry accolades, including Deloitte & Touch LP and Inc. 500/5000 rankings for five consecutive years. The company now boasts more than 25,000 clients and processes over $6 Billion annually.
Michael Nardy is recognized as one of the industry's top leaders. His success, dedication and contributions to the industry have earned him the honor of being named “Industry Leader” by the Green Sheet and one of "America’s Coolest Young Entrepreneurs under 30" by Inc. magazine. He was also nominated as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® 2011 New York award. Mr. Nardy has been featured in both print and broadcast media, including Newsday magazine, Long Island Business News, the East Hampton Star as well as FoxBusiness News and Sky Radio Network.

Merchant Guard Mission is 2-pronged

Our 2-pronged MG Mission:

1. Help merchants with their bottom line.

2. Make upfront income while building a solid residual income from facilitating business enterprise.
*****************

On the subject of #1, so far a merchant approached by MG Agent Lety Rodriguez wins the prize for the 'Merchant Suffering from the Worst Processing Contract'.

From Lety:
From MG055
'this is a used car lot they sale used cars and also have a towing service... he is currently in a contract with wells fargo for two more years'
From Mike:
"Lety has a car dealer that also has a towing service.
He loves our EPI proposal: just couple snags.

Has a contract with Wells Fargo till 3/16 and they will charge him $500 to cancel.

He RENTS the terminal from XXXMMMM and they told him they will charge him $1,000 to cancel.

He told Lety this today. He is happy to pay the $500 to WF to get Lety to be his agent. He has had bad customer service from his present processor .

But he cannot pay the $1,000 to XXMM. "

Rent on his terminal is close to $100/mo. and his fees last month were close to $200  -- an unreasonable amount for his volume!  Poor guy:  Lety is trying to figure out some way to help him.  If he breaks the lease it will ruin his credit.    Stay tuned....

MG next day funding is REAL

UPDATE FROM INBOX:

next day funding is REAL!!

"For years  as a merchant I have not found any credit card processor that would deposit my daily sales in my account the next day. Usually 2 days and Thursday and Friday sales are normally deposited Tuesday the following week.
My free machine arrived yesterday and sales from yesterday is already in the bank this morning. I was so excited that I found MerchantGuard.
For small businesses NEXT DAY funding is very important. Today, I will also place an order for my  50 FREE Gift Cards.

LET YOUR MERCHANTS KNOW!

 *******************

YES, BUT WHO'S THE BEST?!

Been doing some research around here.... found some interesting info about how we stack up to a very large company that is ranked #1 (on a website that compares the Top 10 processors).  Here's #1:

Fees and Rates:

While F.... primarily markets a tiered pricing platform, they are completely willing to offer interchange-plus pricing (preferable). Merchants applying at F....  can expect the following:
  • Processing markup over actual cost: 0.30% + $0.10
  • Statement fee: $7.95
  • Monthly minimum: $25 (negotiable)
  • PCI compliance fee: $99 annually

Other fees include:
  • PCI non-action fee: Additional $19.95 monthly (must complete PCI assessment to avoid this)
  • Authorize.Net gateway fee: $7.95
So here’s the bottom line: If you avoid the PCI non-compliance fee and come in under your monthly minimum, F...... offers fairly competitive pricing.

****************

YOU'RE THE MERCHANT'S BEST CHOICE:

Note the PCI fee above:  it is never less than $99 and can be as much as $340! (MG is 0 when assessment is done,)  Plus the markup, swipe fee, and gateway fee.  SAVE A LOCAL MERCHANT FROM THE "#1" PROCESSOR -- get them on Merchant Guard today!

Where's my ProCharge?  Somebody's going to want to buy some of Mike's pomegranates.
