Throw Back Tuesday!

Find a niche and fill it:

You may have the desire to provide as much as you can to as many people as you can. But with that kind of thinking, you’re just setting yourself up for failure. It’s impossible to be everything to everyone. You can try, but you will fail 100% of the time.
Everyone isn’t your target market (or they shouldn’t be), so why should you try and be everything to everyone?
Put yourself in the shoes of a potential customer. If you needed a lawyer to handle your personal injury case, would you choose a personal injury lawyer who specializes in these types of cases or would you go with a lawyer who handles these cases among their many others? You’d go with the first. Why? Because they have a set focus and niche and only spend their time within that area of focus, meaning they’re highly skilled and knowledgeable in that area. This is exactly what you need to be doing if you want to be considered a thought leader in your industry.
When you try to be everything to everyone, you face several challenges and dangers. Here’s the hazardous road you’ll drive down if you choose this method of thinking:
  • Your brand message becomes lost because you’re straying from it.
  • Lose value to your brand.
  • Slows down your business growth.
  • Takes away the time you could be spending providing better, more meaningful efforts.
  • The more you try and do, the less consistent you are with your work so you deliver mediocre instead of great work.
  • Gives off a sense of desperation.
  • Get easily burnt out.
Basically, trying to be everything to everyone means you’ll be nothing to no one.
The only way to be a thought leader in your industry is to focus and go narrow and deep into a niche. You earn more from this method of thinking, and can offer more to your target audience. It’s much easier and more profitable to connect with a smaller, more focused niche in a bigger way than it is to try and connect with a large, broad audience in a big way. Your mind and efforts aren’t being pulled in every direction, so you have the time and capability to offer a higher value to your audience. When you focus and go more narrow and deep, you offer the less-is-more method, which works greatly for you and is appreciated by your customers.
Your brand is stronger and your business grows faster when you’re focused. When you offer concentrated services to a target audience, 3 things happen: it’s easier to find your customers, it’s easier to convince potential customers to become loyal customers and your expertise in your industry grows, which in turn attracts more customers your way.
It’s human nature to not want to limit yourself and your abilities or turn away someone who could be a potential customer. But you will actually find more customers and more easily find them and turn them into loyal customers when you focus and go narrow and deep into a niche. You become indispensible, needed and highly sought after for your skills in your niche area. You turn yourself into the go-to thought leader in your industry, and that’s exactly what your goal should be.

Decide on a DW 'niche' and see if that path doesn't help your merchant-gathering efforts gain serious traction!

Still swiping after all these years...

DW Agents, WELCOME TO THE HOLIDAY SEASON 2017!

Image result for HOLIDAY

The shelves were barely ready for Halloween, forget about Thanksgiving --- everything is stocked for Christmas.  SHOPPING  SHOPPING SHOPPING !!

That means, for merchants, LOTS of swiping and processing and PAYING FEES!

That means, for DW Agents, LOTS of commissions on all that swiping and processing and fee-paying.

WHO DO YOU KNOW WHO WOULD LOVE TO BE IN ON THIS BUSINESS?

WHO SHOULD YOU MENTION YOUR DW AGENT WEBSITE TO?  Like mine  (click here).

************

To get your personal video link, go to your interface, click More, click Links.  If you need help, contact me!

Is there a learning curve?  Yep.

Can it be scary, getting a merchant?  Yep.

But consider this:

the other day I heard the CEO of a major marketing company say that the average best life of a customer that they get signed up on autoship is 6 months.

Six months!

And that's among the best in the industry!

Our DW customers -- we call them merchants because that's what they are -- are with us a minimum of 3 years,  usually more!

Talk about doing something one time and getting paid over and over and over....

TIS THE SEASON TO RAMP IT UP AGAIN, GANG!

New call schedule going up shortly:  if you are in, send Barb email or text !!

Basic Digital World Agent Skill Set

NOTE:  Sunday evening DW Weekly Wrap-up Call this Sunday (!) at 5pm Pacific time (8pm Eastern)

Dial in to (515) 739-1030,  code 319-289-214
It's a QUICK look at the best choice for a home business that is really a business-business!

Feel free to bring a guest!

*********

WE KNOW YOU'LL LOVE THIS DW AGENT/MERCHANT STORY:

Just heard this yesterday from Agent Angelia Harrington.  Angie was visiting us -- she has recently relocated from Georgia to California so it was good to catch up with her again!  She shared that she got a new merchant who just went active last Saturday.

Get this:  he owns a service station in south Georgia!  His brother is one of Angie's merchants of long standing.  While Angie was on the road to California, someone kept calling her from Georgia from a number she didn't recognize so she ignored it.  Finally, the caller left a voice mail:

"PLEASE CALL ME BACK ASAP! I have to get set up on merchant processing for my new business by NEXT SATURDAY!"

Since Angie was on the road, boxed up and moving, she was in a quandry because there was not much she could do.

But,  not to worry:  she called corporate and DW corporate stepped up to the plate.  Avita and Anthony got with the panicked merchant, got his paperwork done and overnighted him a terminal so he could be processing credit/debit cards, etc., by his opening biz day!

Angie remarked:  "Now I have merchants from Georgia calling me and I'm in California!"

And she gets paid on each and every one, from swipe to swipe and from shore to shore!
Digital World gives you more....

Almost sounds like a song!

What skills are you looking for in a person to be a DW Agent?

Agent Mike Lammons summed it up pretty simply:

Do they have $195?
Can they fog a mirror?

NOT TO BE FACETIOUS, but truly, the basic  skill set DW  requires  is your desire to get something positive going.

What other skills help?

Well,  in no particular order, here's a list:

Friendly.
Focused.
Busy.
Has a smart phone or pc.  And can use it.

Truthfully, every other skill set that enhances your DW biz can be found inside your interface, with your team, and in DW corporate.  All the other answers (or skills) you need are part of the reason you are glad you are part of a Digital World universe.

If you were going out ALONE to be an agent for a processing company, YES, YOU WOULD NEED A TON MORE SKILLS -- FOR SALES, FOR TECH SAVVY, FOR NUMBERS AND FINANCE --
but this is not sales:   this is making friends, leveraging yourself through a network of professionals who do have all the  skills you are lacking, and bringing the  strengths of your neighborhood, your contacts, your goals, into a company that can help you capitalize in a way that nothing else can.

Happy Easter Week, Team!  It will mark the resumption of the DW Weekly Wrap-up Call.  We will pick up the weekly team calls on Sunday, April 23 at 5pm Pacific time (8pm Eastern time).

Call will last 15-20 minutes, and we will be focusing on the KISS method of getting your Digital World business off to a roaring start!

There is no business better than merchant payments processing married to a KIND network marketing compensation plan!  That's why it is time to get serious about building a TEAM of Agents who each get a few merchants.

Dial in to (515) 739-1030, code  319-289-214  and mark it for each Sunday thereafter for a PROSPEROUS 2017.

To review:

Share your DW Landing Page (dynamite video) with an interested person who signs up as your personal Agent and watches the brief Agent Welcome video, you get $100.

(Every time, every Agent, always pays -- this makes building your Team E-Z!)

Especially since there are no monthly  fees, web fees, training fees, annual fees, or other fees of any kind  to be and remain a DW Agent!!  $195 one time.  4VR.

*********

You get paid when you sign up a merchant, and you receive residual compensation on all of your personal merchants and all of your Team's merchants downline for 7 generations.

Does it work?

Yes, it works!  We can say that because the very first merchants that our fledgling team of Agents signed up in our very first few weeks ARE STILL OUR MERCHANTS.  Some are small, some are large, but we don't judge them:  all merchants are welcome, and all are enjoying the benefits of being Digital World merchants.

Start thinking today about who you can share your DW Landing Page with this week -- and be sure to get the word about the Weekly Wrap-up Calls out to all of your team so they can get a head start on their residual, too!

And in the meantime,  have a blessed Holiday Weekend!

Credit Card Processing Residual X Network marketing = Power Squared

Greetings, Agents of the Digital World!

This is a great weekend to be dropping some cards, flyers, emails or hints to those great merchants that you patronize on a regular basis.  They are important in your shopping life for whatever reason (you are choosing them, after all, whether for their coffee, cupcakes, styles or service) and if you can improve their bottom line maybe they can prosper and continue to bless your community!

Here is some information re. our two main processing partners  that serve your merchants as part of your Digital World team:

These guys are not snowflakes:  you can see they are HEAVYWEIGHTS!

And how many merchants can you help through your DW business?

Here are but a few:

1. Service Business

A service type of business provides intangible products (products with no physical form). Service type firms offer professional skills, expertise, advice, and other similar products.
Examples of service businesses are: schools, repair shops, hair salons, plumbers, carpenters, banks, accounting firms, law firms, etc.

2. Merchandising Business

This type of business buys products at wholesale price and sells the same at retail price. They are known as "buy and sell" businesses. They make profit by selling the products at prices higher than their purchase costs.
A merchandising business sells a product without changing its form. Examples are: grocery stores, convenience stores, boutiques, bookstores, automobile dealers, distributors, and other resellers.

3. Manufacturing Business

Unlike a merchandising business, a manufacturing business buys products with the intention of using them as materials in making a new product. Thus, there is a transformation of the products purchased.
A manufacturing business combines raw materials, labor, and factory overhead in its production process. The manufactured goods will then be sold to customers.

Hybrid Businesses

Hybrid businesses are companies that may be classified in more than one type of business. A restaurant, for example, combines ingredients in making a fine meal (manufacturing), sells a cold bottle of wine (merchandising), and fills customer orders (service).
Nonetheless, these companies may be classified according to their major business interest. In that case, restaurants are more of the service type – they provide dining services.

Question:  what type of merchant can you NOT help?  Answer:  very few!

From the Inbox:

"DW is just like fishin'.   Just keep throwing line out there.

I talked with President of a company last week that just started taking credit cards and first week they did $396,000 in processing.

Just off phone with him few minutes ago and they just finished SECOND week and did over $800,000 in processing and he wants to give us some of his biz.

Gonna be some excited Agents when this happens.

Mike Lammons, Agent"

THE POWER OF CARD RESIDUALS MEETS THE POWER OF NETWORK MARKETING!

Many entrepreneurs are attracted to a Network Marketing opportunity because you can grow a network of sales people underneath you. You then make something on every sale the person under you makes and every sale the person under them makes and so forth. This powerful model has enabled entrepreneurs to become millionaires on their terms for decades. They choose their schedule, they choose how aggressive they want to be. A recent report of the top 100 Network Marketers

performers across different companies showed they earned between $130,000 - $1,560,000 per month.

The power of credit card residuals meet the power of Network Marketing! The above monthly income numbers may seem to be unrealistic yet in reality they
are fact for top performers in each industry. However, the examples are meant to show the earning potential that credit card residuals and Network Marketing have
separately. Imagine if you multiplied the earning potential of the two opportunities into one.  Digital World for the first time in history is doing just that!

Credit Card Processing Residual X Network marketing = Power  Squared

I have heard of Network Marketing opportunities in the past and only the people at the top make real money. Why is Digital World  different?

Ground level - Digital Worldhas been offering competitive credit processing services since 2000. However, the new marketing model was just launched in 2014. So you get a  unique opportunity to get in on the ground level of this powerful business model.

Need vs. Luxury - We are selling a service that every business needs -- credit card processing. Most Networking opportunities are selling a 'luxury product'  that is not needed.

Service vs. Product - Unlike other Network programs which make you purchase product inventory upfront, there is no purchase necessary from DW..... you are offering a service and
have only a $195.00 one time fee for your training  and ongoing support.

One-time Commission vs. Residual – Other Networking programs only pay you when someone in your network makes a sale. So if people underneath you stop selling you stop making anything. Credit Card residuals change the game. Now, even if someone under you only makes one sale, that sale provides residual income to you for as long as the merchant stays with us. So imagine an army of Agents
building residual income for you every day!

What do I have to do to get started? This is a 100% commission based opportunity to pursue at your own pace. As an Agent you would be
responsible for showing the benefits of our credit card processing to merchants and turning people like yourself on to the opportunity. We provide training and
support to help you get started. Digital World requires only a ONETIME $195.00 fee for your training and support to get started.

Digital World is adding new Agents daily who are getting in on the ground level of this rare opportunity. Feel free to call us for more information.

HAPPY MONDAY, DIGITAL WORLD!

Our resolution #1:  Finish off our 14 personal merchants.

We have been DW Agents for 2 years now, and some big accounts have  popped on our Level 7 -- so until  this month having 14 personal merchants was not a priority.  But now --- Mike and I will be hunkered down on that mission.

New Agents need to build a team of other Agents initially...
and gather personal merchants as the opportunity presents itself or (as in our case) when we're going to miss residual if we're not 'merchant-qualified'!

Remember:

1 personal merchant qualifies you to get Level 2 residual.
2 personal merchants qualifies you to get Level 3 residual.
3 personal merchants qualifies you to get Level 4 residual.
4 personal merchants qualifies you to get Level 5 residual.
5 personal merchants qualifies you to get Level 6 residual.
14 personal merchants qualifies you to get Level 7 residual.
DW is only hard if you make it hard.

Just make it a natural part of what you do every day ....without exception.  The consistency of that will bring you success!

****************

As a consumer and an Agent, you're in the flow below in TWO places!  If you're a consumer, an Agent, and a merchant, you're in THREE places!!

Do you need to understand it?  Nay, my friend:  you just need to be IN IT!

 *************

FROM THE INBOX:

With students heading back to school, that means one thing for our biz-- the BIGGEST 3 recruiting months of year always start Sept 1.

After  tracking almost 24 years in this industry, Sept, Oct and Nov always prove  this fact. Build your team and enjoy leverage.

And now we have great short videos in interface to help you learn about our industry.   Each of us need to watch and promote reading Barb's Blog

Amazing to me how little you need to know to score a "Gigantic Merchant".

We have had two Massive Merchant accounts go active in past 5 weeks and these were first Merchants for each Agent.

Recruit, help your team recruit and  watch Merchant videos and you will fer sure have nice Xmas $$$$-and Jan $$$ and Feb $$$ and on and on.

Try to imagine Xmas $$$$ on 25th of every month!

Let's make it happen for each Agent!

Clover Go and the Audit Picture

In case you missed it:  Jim Colip, our DW trainer/expert on all Business Audit offerings, shared yesterday that he recently began work for a merchant brought to him via Discovery Call from a DW San Diego Agent -- and conservative estimate is that we can get back around  $500,000 for that merchant!!

Barb, did you say  ---

Yes, I did.

If that doesn't get you off your knickers and into action, WHAT WILL??

Because it doesn't matter what percentage of that ends up being paid, it is going to make 8 levels of other DW Agents very happy -- AND NOT YOU!  The good news is:  there are hundreds of thousands of merchants out there just waiting for your approach so THEY can reduce, recover and recapture an impressive amount of money and on which YOU will get paid!

************

Can't think of a merchant to approach for a Discovery Call?  Jim suggests your doctor or dentist or other health care professional.  Everybody has one; and Jim can help that  health care professional with their tax situation,  if nothing else.

The recommended pitch if you  feel you can't 'speak remediation' --

"Our experts say they can reduce, recover and recapture money for you.  It doesn't cost you anything for a 20 minute consultation.  When is a good time?"

*************

How about Clover Go?
