Special Guest Agents on the MERCHANT GUARD Weekly Wrap-up Call last night were a couple of retirees: one from 30 years in banking and the other from the construction business. Ken and Kathy were no-frills, no-hype, 'just the facts, ma'am' and make a great interview to send a prospective cliient or Agent.

One of our first merchants -- and AGENTS -- is SF leader Marlyn Ano. Marlyn is getting residual monthly from her own business because she got herself as a merchant-client. She is amazed at the hidden fees she paid other processors during her 25+ years as a retail merchant. Here's one more:

Here's a picture of the previous credit card equipments I had from the past 5 years. I paid for it every time I change a credit card processor, because no one ever told me that I can get it for free.

Great advice from Ken O'Connell: 'don't sit at your computer staring at the training: this business works best if you get out there in front of merchants and learn as you go'. TAKE TIME TO listen to Agent advice from this great couple!
