Is this business hard?

Quick answer:  Nope.


Longer answer #1:  Lety got her boss as her merchant-customer.  Lety had ZERO Merchant Guard training.  She 1. submitted his processing statement; 2. went over the proposal with him and 3. filled out application.

We got notice 'terminal has shipped'.

We rush to Firebaugh to be on-hand to help them figure out installation, set-up, etc.  Here's what we found when we got there:

Juan's terminal. They're  already using it and so happy.
 
Longer answer #2:  Got notice of another terminal shipped last week... neither Agent involved around to assist so Mike went by merchant today to help.  Finds merchant with busy dress shop, introduces himself, merchant shows terminal, has been using it siince the day he got it and very pleased with MG.  He set it up himself!  (As Marlyn says:  "It's plug n play!")

So Mike explains gift cards -- merchant is currently using paper gift cards; thinks ours are an awesome idea so he's getting his free 50 cards AND will get his PCI compliance done shortly.

As John Daniels says, the hardest part of this  is getting the statement!  We are finding that to be true.

Especially with a card like this -- should probably say ''No Hidden Fees" -- but isn't it exciting and informative?
