CONGRATS TO Sean Krohn and George Soto (Monterey Bay area) for adding two new Agents to their team yesterday. Jackie inquired about Spanish-language accommodation from Merchant Guard. Here's Avita's response:
"About the Spanish app. They are working on it. It will out by the end of the year. Currently EPI has team members who speak spanish in customer service and in tech support so that would help them for now until they get everything else ready. "
