WATCH SEAN!

It's a new day and I've learned something NEW about Merchant Guard from this email exchange:

Lety Rodriguez MG055:  hi avita  i'm not sure this is the right statement but the owner of the store stated that this is what she gets every month she owns the machine but she gets the processing service from the bank

Avita:
​This is a regular bank statement. I will need a processing statement in order to do an analysis. She can request it from them if they do not send it to her monthly. Also remember to always fill out the statement analysis checklist. 


Lety: What about if the customer don't want to go to the trouble to ask for the processing statment and she just wants to move with MG?? Can you send a proposal based on the statement that you have? Because she commented that she was already looking for another processor she has told coustomers that her machine doesn't work because last month she pay almost $1000 in fees

Avita:   ​Just switch her. (Fill out MG app for service.)  You do not have to get a statement from anyone.... You can set up anyone for processing. We do have the best rates and programs out there!

SO THERE'S THAT.  PLUS

PCI compliance:  Mike and I learned yesterday out at Juan's in Firebaugh that doing this is not as bad as it sounds.  It is required by Visa and MasterCard or the non-compliant merchant is hit with a monthly fee.  So it saves your merchant $$ by directing them in this.   Check PCI flyer in your mginterface and email me with any ???

Had a great time with the new Salinas Agents last night ...forgot to get video until we were leaving but WATCH SEAN below and you'll see why that area is growing solidly!
